Disassembler : After two years, a new dissy (10) release

Dissy10 is a graphical frontend to the objdump disassembler under GPLv2 license. It can be used for debugging and browsing compiler-generated code and support multiple architectures and allows fast navigation through the disassembled code and easy searching for addresses and symbols.

The last version of Dissy have ability to export workspaces and comment instructions was added. There are also more ARM and PowerPC instructions described. The GUI has been totaly refactored and various bugs have been fixed.
