Who wants to be my partner? Here we go again!

Christophe Casalegno: who wants to be my business partner?

As I do every year, I am setting aside a few weeks to look at opportunities for acquisitions or equity investments, partial or full.

For this round, which is a little different from the others, I am focusing only on activities in managed infrastructure and infrastructure management (MSP, legacy infrastructure outfits, PaaS, cloud, outsourced IT management, possibly specific SaaS, security, etc.)

Barring special cases, and unlike previous rounds, I will not carry out these operations in my own name, but through my investment holding company (or possibly through ScalarX if the legal entity is not retained).

The profile: Very small, small and medium-sized businesses with *recurring* annual revenue (no "one shot" service companies) < €2,000,000 Location: anywhere.

Christophe Casalegno: who wants to be my business partner?

Useful clarification: this holding company depends on no external investor and, like ScalarX Europe & US, remains 100% owned "forever and ever" by the "0verride Dynasty" ;)

So, if you run a business in managed infrastructure or a related field, you know where to find me!

The rule does not change: keep it simple and direct!

The main things to know up front:

– an established international operational ecosystem, 100% remote and present in Europe, the US and Asia.
– Zero Bureaucracy, no board of external investors to convince.
– My decisions are direct and execution is immediate.

PS1: If I deliberately used words that may surprise, such as "dynasty", that is no accident. Everything I build today is guided by a vision measured in decades… and beyond. I am not building in order to resell in 2 years, but to lay the foundations of major assets over the very long term.

PS2: this is an operational commitment and not a mere investment. So, in the case of a partial equity investment, for example, if you are not ready to call everything into question (such as turning your service business into a product model, for example), do not waste your time sending me your proposal.
