A centenarian with Crohn's disease, mission impossible?

First, understand that I have a long way to go: I will be 50 in a few months, and despite several searches, I have not found any trace of a single centenarian with Crohn's disease (if there is one among you or around you, speak up!)

I found a record of a patient diagnosed in Turkey at the age of 92, but I have found no confirmed case beyond that (for now!).

Pragmatic conclusion: since there is no known centenarian with Crohn's disease in the medical literature, that makes it a difficult goal to reach.

It is fair to say that if someone reaches 100 or more with this disease (and I am aiming even further), it would in fact be an extreme exception and probably unprecedented.

However, I have learned throughout my fight that Crohn's disease is not a fixed fate either: it is a multifactorial dysregulation (immunity, intestinal barrier, microbiota, environmental factors, genetic factors, etc.) with a very wide spectrum of manifestations.

And what I am trying to do with my Life 0verride protocol is precisely what no other standard patient generally does with it:

– Precise biological targeting
– Active modulation of inflammatory pathways
– Reconstruction of the intestinal ecosystem and of its barriers
– Integration of metabolic and neurological feedback
– Continuous monitoring of inflammatory and metabolic markers

As well as a determination to understand the mechanisms involved in depth.

If a centenarian with Crohn's disease exists or is to exist in the future, it will necessarily be a methodical anomaly.

I am trying to become that anomaly: in my specific case, a sort of "hacker of life itself", a biohacker, a documented case of partial reversal and systemic compensation.

Every day, I try to create or improve every condition and parameter I can influence, in order to slow and even reverse some of the effects of this disease, currently considered incurable.

I rule out no option, from the simplest to the most advanced, from the most trivial to the most exotic, while managing the benefit/risk ratio according to my age and how my condition evolves.

Indeed, there are a number of experimental therapies at more or less advanced stages: exosomes, stem cells, gene therapies, helminth therapy, etc., which I have had the opportunity to discuss with several organisations.

But, having at the same time managed to stabilise and even partly reverse my condition through simpler protocols, that gives these therapies time to advance, to mature and to improve, while becoming a little safer every day.

In the end, if nobody has ever lived to be a centenarian with Crohn's disease, it may simply be because nobody has ever really tried! Besides, I am not certain that there are as many "non-sick" people trying either.

I have chosen to try. And it is also this story that I am telling you through all my content…

So let's make a date to celebrate my hundredth birthday together with an afternoon snack that is 100% blueprint certified ;) Have an excellent weekend, everyone!
