How do I add PHP 8.4 to StackX? I show you the work from start to finish, on a freshly installed Debian 12 machine in my Proxmox cluster. An initial snapshot lets me replay the installation as many times as needed.
I start by checking the packages, then adapt the Bash scripts, configuration files, PHP-FPM, CLI mode and monitoring. Then back to the starting point: I run a complete deployment again to see whether everything works, or whether I have screwed something up somewhere.
A power cut joins the party, otherwise it would not be a real video. But the machines are on a UPS, the test completes and everything is green. I love it when a plan comes together. Especially when I am starving. 😂
